Strategic Mobility Group, LLC Promotes Christine Pearson to Operations Manager

Pearson brings strategic guidance and wealth of experience to new role

Strategic Mobility Group, LLC (SMG3), a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, has announced that Christine Pearson was been named as the company’s Operations Manager. Pearson has years of customer service experience, excelling in team settings with considerable product knowledge and a passion for surpassing client’s expectations.

Pearson has worked for SMG3 since 2014, starting out as a Client Experience Coordinator in the operations department where she focused on supporting the sales team. She then worked her way up to Senior Coordinator, taking on more responsibilities through project management, and order tracking and processing, along with creating opportunities in the sales system.

Pearson will continue to maintain many of her previous duties but will now expand her role to take on more leadership requirements as a manager. These incude scheduling weekly one-on-ones with each member of the operations team, overseeing daily tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of orders, and working to streamline processes and workflows between departments.

“Christine exemplifies the charisma, talent, and dedication that we strive to maintain as the golden standard for our company culture”, said President and CEO of SMG3, Nancy Gorski. “She is reflective of our commitment to building and maintaining a dynamic management team. I am excited to see how far Christine can go with our company.”

Pearson has played a critical role in coordinating the success of several massive rollouts, working in unison with other departments to deliver devices for key SMG3 stakeholders. Pearson has also held an active position on SMG3’s “Be The Good” Committee, often setting up charitable drives and events to better the local community.

Most recently, Pearson took charge of SMG3’s donation for National Shoe The World Day, where employees were encouraged to drop off new and lightly used shoes to be given away to those in need.

Prior to SMG3, Pearson established a reputation for excellent customer and co-worker relations in various industries including steel, electric utility, telecommuting, and banking.

“I appreciate all of the wonderful people who have made SMG3 such a great place to work,” said Pearson. “With over 5 years in this organization, I am thrilled to continue expanding my career path and take on more of a leadership position in 2019.”

Pearson’s promotion follows a record-breaking year for SMG3 that included several significant milestones, coinciding with her winning the Peer-To-Peer and Presidential awards at the SMG3 Annual Kickoff Meeting.
